Tolta is an AI job application agent. It finds fresh roles on company career boards, tailors your CV to each one, and applies on the employer's own form, asking you instead of guessing when a question needs a real answer.

1. **Upload a CV, confirm a few sentences.** Tolta reads your CV and writes the obvious answers back as sentences you confirm or correct. There is no long questionnaire.
2. **Tolta reads company career boards.** It continuously reads the public boards on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Rippling and Teamtailor, and checks every new role against your dealbreakers (location, salary floor, seniority, work authorization).
3. **A CV and letter for each role,** written from what is actually on your CV. No invented skills, languages or experience.
4. **It applies on the employer's own form.** With auto-apply off, each application waits for your go-ahead. With it on, Tolta submits when every answer is known. Auto-apply is live on Workable, Rippling and Teamtailor today and is being switched on board by board.
5. **Anything uncertain waits for you.** When a form asks something your profile can't answer, the application is held and you answer once. The answer is reused when another form asks the same thing.
6. **Replies arrive in one inbox.** Tolta applies from your own application address; confirmations and replies appear in your Tolta inbox next to the application.
