20 of the 136 companies Tolta tracks have at least half of their open roles remote, and 16 have three quarters or more, counting the roles that say how the work is done. They are ranked below by that remote share, read every day from their own careers pages.

"Best" is hard to judge from the outside, so this list measures one thing well: how committed a company is to remote work, judged by what it is hiring for right now. A company hiring almost only remote roles today is a safer bet than one that allows remote work case by case.
