Billing, answered.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. On your first payment, if 10 or fewer applications were sent, you get a full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. If a plan renews and you haven't sent an application in the new period, ask within 72 hours for a full refund of that renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and simply doesn’t renew.
What counts as an application?
An application Tolta actually sent to an employer. Applications that fail to go through don’t count against your plan, and an application waiting on your answer doesn’t count until it is sent.
Do unused applications roll over?
No. Each period starts with your plan’s full allowance. If you regularly use less, the Weekly plan lets you pay only for the weeks you are actively searching.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can move between Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly from your billing settings at any time.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of a trial, your first payment is covered: send up to 10 applications, and if Tolta isn't for you, get a full refund within 7 days. You can also go through the setup and see your matches before creating an account.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it, and shown before you pay. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are accepted.
