A job application tracker that fills itself in.
A job application tracker records where you applied and what happened next. Tolta’s does it for you: every application it sends is logged with the time and the form, and employer replies arrive in one inbox at your own application email address.

Hi Maya, thanks for applying. Do you have 30 minutes next week to talk about the onboarding work?
Reply from ToltaYour own application address.
Tolta applies from an email address used only for your job search. Confirmations, recruiter replies and interview requests appear in your Tolta inbox, threaded with the application they answer. It answers the question job seekers ask most about auto-apply: did it actually submit?
- Proof it was sent
- Every application shows when it was sent and on which employer form.
- Yours for good
- The address is never reassigned, even after you close your account.

Tolta versus a spreadsheet.
| Task | Tolta | Spreadsheet |
|---|---|---|
| Adding an application | Automatic when Tolta applies | You type a row for every one |
| Proof it was sent | Time sent and the form it was sent on | Whatever you remember to note |
| Employer replies | In the same inbox, next to the application | Scattered across your personal email |
| Status changes | Updated when a reply or invite arrives | Updated when you find time |
| Questions you still owe | Listed under “Needs you” | Not tracked |
Statuses that mean something.
Each application moves through plain states: applied, needs you, replied, interview. “Needs you” only appears when an employer’s form asked something Tolta couldn’t answer, and it lists that one question. No completion percentages, no busywork columns.

Tracker questions.
What is a job application tracker?
A job application tracker is a place to record every job you apply to, when you applied, and what happened next. Most people use a spreadsheet. Tolta’s tracker fills itself in, because Tolta sends the applications and receives the replies.
What is the Tolta application address?
It is an email address Tolta creates for you when you turn on the inbox, used only for job applications. Employers write back to it, and their messages appear in your Tolta inbox next to the application they belong to. You can reply from there.
Can I track applications I sent myself?
The tracker is built around applications Tolta sends and the replies to them. Applications you send elsewhere aren’t imported automatically today.
Will I miss replies in my personal inbox?
Replies to applications Tolta sends go to your application address and show up in Tolta. You can turn on notifications so a reply also pings you, without mixing application mail into your personal inbox.
Your next application could go out tonight.
Upload your CV and confirm a few sentences. Nothing is sent that you wouldn't sign your name to.
