Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Catnap LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Tolta (“Tolta”, “we”, “us”), for your use of the Tolta app at app.tolta.ai and this website. By creating an account or using Tolta, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

What Tolta does

Tolta finds job postings on company career boards, matches them to your profile, prepares applications, and submits them to employers on your behalf on the employer’s own application form. It asks you when an application needs an answer your profile doesn’t have. You can track your applications and read and reply to employer emails in the app.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. One person, one account.

Applications sent on your behalf

  • You authorize Tolta to apply for you. When you send an application, you authorize Tolta to fill in and submit the employer’s application form in your name using your profile, documents and answers. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it, and any application with a question your profile can’t answer waits for you.
  • You are responsible for what you tell us. Applications are filled in from your profile and your answers, so keep them accurate and current, including your work authorization. Do not give false information about your identity, experience, education, eligibility to work or anything else. Each application is yours: review what Tolta prepares, and tell the employer directly if something sent on your behalf was wrong.
  • Employers decide. Employers and their hiring systems make their own decisions and have their own terms and privacy policies. We don’t guarantee interviews, offers or any other outcome, that a posting is still open, or that an employer’s system accepts an application, and we aren’t responsible for an employer’s decisions or how it handles your application.

You keep ownership of your CV and everything you provide. You give us permission to use it to run Tolta for you, as described in our privacy policy.

Your application inbox

If you turn on the inbox, you get a personal application email address. Use it only for your own job search. Don’t use it to send spam, bulk or unsolicited messages, or anything unlawful. We may limit or suspend sending from an address that receives complaints or bounces, to protect deliverability for everyone. Your address is never reassigned to anyone else, even after you delete your account.

Subscriptions and payments

  • Plans. Tolta is offered as a weekly, monthly or quarterly subscription. Current prices and the applications each plan includes are on our pricing page and shown again before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

  • Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you before a price change applies to you.

  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and won’t renew after that.

  • Refunds. We refund in full, on request to [email protected]:

    • your first payment, if you ask within 7 days of it and 10 or fewer applications were sent;
    • a renewal, if you ask within 72 hours of it and no application was sent in the new period;
    • any payment for a period in which a technical problem on our side kept Tolta from working for you, if you ask within 14 days of the charge.

    Applications that fail to go through never count against your plan. Otherwise, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

  • Application allowance. Each plan includes a number of applications per billing period, shown before you pay. An application counts when Tolta sends it to the employer. Unused applications don’t carry over to the next period.

  • Taxes. Prices may not include taxes, which are added where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Tolta to break the law; to apply under someone else’s identity; to send applications you wouldn’t be willing to send yourself; to harass, deceive or spam employers; or to probe, overload, disrupt, scrape, copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service. Don’t get around usage limits or use automated means to access Tolta, except through features we provide.

Our service

Tolta is improving all the time. We may add, change or remove features, boards and integrations, and we will tell you before a change that significantly reduces what your paid plan includes. Tolta depends on third parties such as employers’ hiring systems, which can change or block access without notice.

Disclaimers

Tolta is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t warrant that Tolta will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every application will be submitted or received.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Catnap LLC and its members, employees and suppliers won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, earnings, job opportunities or data, arising from your use of Tolta. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tolta is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Catnap LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from information you provided that was false, or from your breach of these terms or of the law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users, employers or Tolta at risk. When an account is closed, the sections of these terms that by their nature should continue (payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell you by email before significant changes take effect. If you keep using Tolta after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EEA, the UK or another country whose laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under local law, nothing in these terms takes that right away.

General

These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Tolta. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
